Well... construction has finally started!!

After 8+ months of designing, city negotiations, a Committee of Adjustment meeting, an Ontario Municipal Board hearing and battling the cold weather, we finally began construction in February!!  It's our most exciting project so far that will include 3 legal units and full rootop deck.

On the last finial touches!  the next time you see it we will be 100% done!

Here's a snapshop of the project:

  • Completely gutting house to the studs
  • Creation of 3 seperate legal appartments with a spectacular 2-story owners suite (+ rooftop deck)
  • Seperate heating, electrical and gas systems for each unit
  • Basement underpinning (lowering of 2')
